We stand behind every Aqua Aim product and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the technical nature of our products, please review our return policy carefully before buying.

Eligibility

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
• Product must be unused and returned in original packaging
• Used, damaged, or modified products are not eligible for return

Fees & Shipping

• A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund
• Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable

How to Start a Return Contact us at aquaaimusa.com/pages/contact with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos and we will make it right at no cost to you.
